AirClaim ("we", "us", "our") is a legal-tech platform that helps air passengers file compensation claims against airlines under EU Regulation 261/2004 and the Montreal Convention.
We provide:
By registering and accepting these Terms you authorise AirClaim to act as your representative to submit complaints and receive correspondence from airlines and regulators on your behalf. You may revoke this authorisation at any time by contacting us.
Our service is free until you receive compensation. Upon successful recovery we charge a commission of 25 % (+ VAT where applicable) of the amount actually received. There are no upfront charges or hidden fees.
We make no guarantee that a claim will succeed. Airlines and regulators make final decisions independently. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services where we were at fault. We are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our control.
All letters, templates, and platform content are our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own claims only.
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. If you terminate after a claim has been submitted to an airline, our right to a commission on sums recovered remains in force for 24 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the jurisdiction in which the flight disruption occurred.
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
